If the Internet Line is solely used for Set-Top Box Live Streaming?
If the answer is yes, connect directly from Set-Top Box to ADSL Modem. |

If you have PCs or laptops at home need Internet access, please purchase a multi-port router and connect directly from Set-Top Box to the router. |

| In Scenario 1, |
connect your PC or Laptop directly to ADSL Modem and go to www.oneiptv.com.
If you manage to see our website, congratulation to you, your Internet Line is working well!
If you fail to connect to Internet, please check the connections and try again.
We suggest you to contact your local ISP for further enquiries if the problem still exists. |

connect your Set-Top Box LAN port directly to ADSL Modem using RJ 45 cable.
Don’t forget to connect the power adapter as well! |

connect your Set-Top Box LAN port directly to Multi-port router using RJ 45 cable.

Connect your Set-Top Box to TV set using A/V cable as shown in the following diagram. Normally TV set comes with a few A/V inputs, just pick any one of the empty A/V input (e.g. we choose TV Video Input 1 in this case)
Turn on the STB power supply and switch to TV Video Input 1 using TV remote control, you should be able to see a Welcome Screen. Activates the STB using STB remote control and you’ll see a list channels which you have subscribed. You can now enjoy watching Live Streaming TV programs.
If you cannot see anything on the TV screen, please check the connections and the TV Video Input selection. If the problem still exists, please contact our technical support team. |
