A Set-Top Box is a device that enables a television set to become a user interface to the Internet and also enables a television set to receive and decode digital television (DTV) broadcasts. DTV set-top boxes are sometimes called receivers. A set-top box is necessary to television viewers who wish to use their current analog television sets to receive digital broadcasts. |

Web Site is a set of interconnected WebPages, usually including a homepage, generally located on the same server, and prepared and maintained as a collection of information by a person, group, or organization. |

Video Player is defined as the Digital jukebox software for Windows from Microsoft that plays a variety of audio, video and streaming formats including MP3, WMA, CD audio and MIDI. |

“Our Services” are defined as the delivery of real time or deferred time or VOD television programs using IP platform of TV sets using Set top boxes or through our website using an online Video Player. We deliver our content through these TWO methods:
“TV WATCH”
We deliver the TV program real time through a STB connected between an ADSL/DSL Modem and the TV. In this case, consumers will purchase a model connect to TV in a plug and play mode. Due to the logistics of distribution of STB, the Marketing has been done through Marketing Partners or Strategic Alliance Partners.
“WEB VIEW”
We deliver TV programs real time on Personal computers and WiFi devices like PDA. Consumers can subscribe through our website: www.oneiptv.com and download or automatically install the Video player and select subscriber channels to watch on PC or broadband devices. |

The user’s right to the site is limited to viewing, transacting and interacting for the purpose of consuming the service provided such as entertainment TV programs. |

The user has a limited free access to certain parts of the program or content of trial, for video streaming for the purpose of gaining user experience, testing the ability of consumer devices and network connectivity to receive video streams of the TV channels. |

The user is required to register or sign-up to gain access to our website. All information provided would be used by us and covered under the Privacy Policy on our website. |

Password and User ID will be issued/ available to a paid subscriber for access to our programs on our Web Site, only for the portions or programs he has subscribed to. Password security and protection or misuse would be entirely the responsibility of the owner and we will not take any responsibility for third party having access to it. Please keep it confidential. |

When the user agrees to our Terms & Conditions and subscribes for access of our content and TV program, he is granted permission for limited usage as per the subscription conditions. |

Each payment is restricted and limited to the use by only one subscriber. A Single subscription does not allow the user to view or play our program on more than one device like Personal computer, Television set or other consumer device simultaneously. |

The user can pay the subscription by Valid Credit Card or Pay-pal on-line or off-line to our authorized representatives, distributors or marketing partners. All Credit card details provided will held securely. |

We do not warranty against any hacking or viruses, breach in security, contamination, site penetration by illegal persons since there is an inherent risk in all internet access to website, transmission of information and entry of data on the websites. |

The payment is made for the grant of usage and access for a specific time or duration which is monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual subscription basis. |

The Bonus Free Viewing time is given during promotion period only, we reserve the right to terminate or modify the promotion at any point of time. The free trials are restricted in duration & time and we retain the discretion to cut or terminate free usage at any point of time, prior to subscription. |

Our services are sold as an access to an individual channel, bouquet or bundle of 2 or more channels. We retain the right to change the mixed of channels in a bundle or bouquet. Notices would be given on the website prior to the changes. The owners lies on the users to check regularly for changes in the mixed of bundles or bouquet of channels. |

Any cancellation of termination to the subscription service should be made in writing or by email and the user must check for confirmation and acknowledgment from us. |

Payment would be made at the point of subscription on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis in advance. The billing system start counting from the time user subscribes, e.g. user subscribes to one month at 15th March 2007, it’ll expires on 15th April, he would pay a one month subscription fee. |

Payment would be deducted automatically as renewal for the monthly subscription as long as there are no changes or modifications or additions or subtractions to the bundles or bouquet of channels subscribed by the authorized user. |

No pro-rata refund would be made for any termination affected in the middle of the period. |
| |
| |
 |
The user or subscriber would be liable to pay local taxes and other charges if any, in their jurisdiction. |

 |
The user would be responsible for all the equipments required for accessing or viewing of the program either through the website or STB; or local internet broadband connectivity charges and device leasing would be borne by the user as external to our services provided. |

The Set top Boxes can be procured from our appointed Marketing partners or authorized representatives nearest to you. The Set top boxes are third party products and we do not undertake or warranty the quality in terms of performance, malfunction nor take any responsibility for accidents or damages etc. |

The payment entitles you to watch only the concerned channels, bundles or bouquets subscribed to and for the specific duration or period for which payment has been made. |

 |
For TV viewing, we would either sell or lease the Set Top Box configured remotely to the subscribed channels, through our appointed distributors or associates. |

| |
 |
We retain the right to increase, decrease, modify the price per channel or per bouquet or bundle and also the mixed of channels per bouquet or bundle, with reasonable notice on our website. |

| |
 |
We do not provide any warranties for our service and our warranty policies are shown on the website and by signing our Terms & Conditions, you would be accepting our Privacy Policy and Warranty Policy. |
