| IPTV is the new mode of delivery of content to Televisions and PCs over the internet IP broadband network. Most developing countries are moving towards broadband connectivity and huge investments are being made to create the infrastructures. The only way that we can achieve high utilization of the bandwidth created, would be through the content delivery. Traditionally, the bandwidth is used for data and voice. Triple-play is about data, voice and video delivery. This platform of delivery, IPTV, will definitely have to compete directly with the current Cable and Satellite and DTH systems. This is the disruptive technology, in its infancy, which will change the profitability and revenue source of the Cable, Broadcast and Telecommunication sector. A convergence should occur during period 2008-2010. |
| This is the fastest growing sector, since it brings about convergence of video data and voice on IP Platform. It also brings about synergies of content provider with broadcast stations, Telco's, network operators, ISPs, technology and hardware vendors. This industry is predicted to grow to $55 billion by 2010. There are several players across the world delivering TV programs on PC as Internet TV, Web casting and VOD. There are very few companies which are doing real time streaming, live using IP platform. ONE IPTV Singapore is one such player. |
| ONE IPTV Singapore has a uniqueness of delivering TV programs of high quality through low bandwidth (between 512K to 1MB) and our output mode is not only PC but also TV. The advantage is the user can access the program through the TV using the standard remote control with setup box. Normal family members including, grandmother can operate the TV with remote control and be totally oblivious of the technology behind. This is unlike the competitors, who deliver web casting, internet TV and VOD programs on PCs and hence needs IT savvy person to access the program. |
| We are an IPTV company based out of Singapore and it's promoters and owners comprise of Japanese, Koreans, Italians and Singaporeans. We are aggregators and distributors with content rights, TV and VOIP technology etc. We started, ONE IPTV Pte Ltd, with a capital of S$ 2.4 million. We have received the First Trial License for real time streaming of TV programs from the Media Development Authority in Singapore in June 2006. |

We focus on Ethnic program for the minority Diaspora in Developed country mostly Asian and South Asian channels currently. We cater to these communities, who have little no access to Home TV programs from their native land, into the foreign countries they live in. We provide opportunity for the next generation immigrants to be in touch with their native language through audio visual education or TV medium. |

In Europe, we deliver VOIP Service through our own technology and have a current user base of few hundred thousand Asian subscribers. Gradually we will deliver Triple play service to our consumers and create a Virtual community. IPTV is the disruptive technology that has come to stay and has potential for greater scalability, easier global access and visibility and faster time to market than cable or DTH.
